Need help with inner tie rod replacement on 01
Has anyone changed their inner tie rods? I have a couple questions:
1. Does the outer tie rod need to be disconnected at the wheel?
2. What special tools are required to perform the job?
The service manual is somewhat vague about the procedure and I don't want to start it until I have a clear understanding of what is required. Any help would be appreciated.
