Navi and Radio codes

What's up guys

Anyone have knowledge on how to retrieve my navi and radio codes for a 2008 MDX tech/ent? I need then both. I bought the X from a non-acura dealership, if that helps.

Thanks a lot!

I think you can go to an Acura dealership and they should be able to pull them up by the VIN.

I just received both the codes today. The guy that traded in the MDX that I bought, brought them into the dealer. He claimed he just found them in his house. So when I went to pick up my plates, my sales guy handed the codes to me. I thought that was pretty kewl!

They can't do it from the VIN, they need the serial number from the navi or the radio to get them (navi serial number gets you nav code, radio serial number gets you radio code).

Typically they'll sticky the code on the side edge of the glovebox, in the owners manual book or on the battery tray. If there's no option of retrieving it, you can get the S/N of the radio by removing it and the dealer should be able to retrieve the code.
