I have a Honda Euro Civic Type R (FN2) and I'm willing to buy a MDX throttle body (16400-RYE-A11), but unfortunately in Portugal we have to provide a VIN number to have the official dealer getting the outside europe parts, does anyone can provide me a VIN number?

If you want a VIN for an MDX try searching on Autotrader.com You can use any US zipcode (44077 is one) and search for any distance. You can look for a specific year or a range of years.

Once you find one, fill in the blank where it wants the security code and you can see the VIN.

Or post what year you need a VIN from and I can send you the info.
