Lights Out

For some reason the lights that illuminate the steering wheel (back lighting) and the area around the heating controls (temperature buttons, fan speed buttons) are all dead. I've looked at every fuse I could find and not one of them is blown, I just don't get it. The lights for the radio, all the buttons around the central nav knob all work, everything except for what I mentioned above. I've check fuses near the driver's footwell, near the battery, and near the passengers side under the hood. No dice. It's hard as hell to fiddle with cruise at night as well as adjust the temp (it's damn cold lately and I live in New England).

Since I do most of my driving at night this has proven to be quite an issue. What about the relay that controls the fog lights to go off when the high beams come on? Could that be an issue? Any and all help is appreciated.

Cheers,
MI6
