I know this has been brought up before, but I can’t seem to match my symptoms to what I have. My navigation screen always reads “please wait, downloading new software” the screen will flash after a while and it will either say “loading new software” again, or it will just be a blank green box. My issue is that I can’t use any other controls. No controls from the touch screen will work. It’s driving me crazy. Does anyone have a fox for this?
Its an 04 MDX. Please, any help would be great. Side note, the only other thing that works from the screen is the back up cam. But other than that, I can’t do anything on the screen.
