My wife's iphone 7 plus can't keep a bluetooth connection with her 2013 MDX while playing music. Has anyone else experienced this? It drops bluetooth frequently and reconnects. She has tried deleting and re-paring the phone. iOS 10.0.2 or whatever the latest is. I have an iphone 6 with the same iOS version and it works fine, so it seems specific to her iphone 7 plus.

 

I am having the same problem in my 2011 MDX. Oddly enough, I just returned a 2016 loaner and I did not have any bluetooth issues in that vehicle. Also, my iPhone 7 works flawlessly with by Beats 2 bluetooth headphones. I am beginning to conclude that the issue is with my 2011 MDX.

Previously had a 6S, and it would infrequently disconnect and reconnect with my MDX, just not to the volume of the 7. With the 7, it is disconnecting and reconnecting incessantly, in rapid successions. I am unable to play a single song without multiple disconnects.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Tzakiel will be testing it out in his car (2013 lexus) this afternoon. According to the apple discussion, he may also have an issue. However, a friend of mine who has the same exact phone (iphone 7+) had no issues listening to tidal in her car (2013 honda pilot) through bluetooth.

I'm super with the disconnecting.
