Looking good man. Post pics when you get those boards. I wish I had them. How much did you pay if you don't mind me asking.

Wow. Those running boards make a big difference. Looks great! I'm wondering if your front window can be tinted a little darker or are they already at the legal limit? Compared to the back windows (which I know legally are allowed to be darker than the front) they look pretty light. In the first two pics I was starting to wonder if they had been tinted at all. It's more obvious that they are in the third pic.

You need to tint those front windows ASAP.

Our MDX is my wife's daily driver and she really love driving it; except trying to squeeze it into her tiny assigned garage parking space a work. Acura does make the best used luxury vehicles to keep way past 100,000 miles. For some strange reason, Acura's middle of the road bland styling when new seems to mature with age and looks more progressive compared to a similar luxury vehicle of the same model year. I have no reason to purchase new in the future since an used Acura is just as good at $15,000 - $25,000 cheaper.

I've had my adv running boards on my MDX since Feb/14. After +53,000 miles, they still look good with no scratches on the chrome trim or fade of the black plastic (toss a little Amour All on them once a month or so). My lower legs does sometimes hit the boards getting out of the MDX; but, not enough to worry about when compared to the benefits of having the boards for me.

Rear 3/4s is still the best angle... That is pure sex.
I cant get used to the Beak though, Front bumper is nice but I wish Acura would have stick with the Shield and just replaced the bumper.. I wonder how feasible it is to retrofit that bumper to my shield grille.

Did you notice any difference at all with the K&N Engine Air Filter? MPGs or anything at all? I swear I didn't even get the Air Induction upgrade on the MDX, that stupid resonator is too intrusive.

No notice of increase mileage, but slight notice in the engine being more smooth, slight more air flow. Other than that, nothing major. Just needed a air filter change so didnt hurt to upgrade to k&n. =)

I did put new spark plugs in my MDX at around 75,000 miles (+85K now). I've noticed both my TSX and RDX started better, improved throttle response, recovered some lost hp, and a slight bump in mpgs to normal levels when I did the 100,000 miles plug change. I didn't notice the drop in mpgs and power since it was so gradual in the TSX and RDX over the years. I wanted to stay ahead of that on the MDX since it can be much more sensitive to mpg and power. So far, I seems to be maintaining my power and mpg levels when I purchased back in Jan/14. Plus, the plug change will cut down the cost of the 100K service when it is due in another 15K-20K.

Agreed. My favourite angle for sure, especially since I plastidipped my rims satin-gloss black, it makes the wheels look huge and thick. I love how the tail lights are sculpted into the tail gate, by far Acuras best rendition of the MDX to date. Speaking of which I should update my thread.
