Fair price to pay for a 2010-2012 MDX ?

Hi guys. My wife has an 07 RDX that we would like to trade in for a 2G MDX. From 2010 to 2012. She only drives about 8-10k a year TOPS. We have a budget between 25000-28000.
I've checked auto trader and found a number of 2010 and 2011's in that range.
I have a couple questions.
Is the technology package worth it ? I have built in GPS on my 08 TL-S and to be honest it really isn't all that-it looks dated to me. My wifes garmin with lifetime maps is faster and better IMO. Anything else worth getting from the tech package ?
Whats a fair price to pay ? I would go up to 50,000 miles.

ELS stereo and all the other "tech" based goodies that a base model would not have. the dash looks more "complete" as well.

the items within the tech pkg in terms of worth is up to you. having integrated navi was a must have along with the ELS system. i had thought about settling on a base model, but in the end...it was get what you want.

low mileage (25-30k mi) '11's are going for low to mid 30's around me. the '10's closer to 30k. in your budget, you're looking at a 50k-60k mi 2010 or a lower mileage (30-50k mi) 2009. of course i'm basing this off of ones the the tech pkg/base models.

i have an 09 with tech...43k miles...comparables are selling at just under $30k. from the trends i've seen a 2 yr old MDX with 20-35k mi are still going for mid 30's. double the mileage you're still looking at low 30k's.

the navi in your type-s...well the whole layout of the dash in general still looks relatively modern. it has aged well considering the design is almost 10 yrs old. maybe it's the cassette player that really dates it?

according to edmund's (based off a 2013 which is the same as a 2012):
"The Technology package adds a multiview parking camera, GPS-linked and solar-sensing climate control, upgraded leather upholstery, a navigation system with 8-inch display, voice controls and a 10-speaker Acura/ELS surround-sound audio system with an iPod/USB interface."

Thanks. Its not the dash that looks dated in my TL-S---its the actual Navi software. Ive seen the MDX's in the 25-30 range on auto trader. Have to keep looking I guess.

got it. my nav software is ancient in my TL...original 2005 disc!

looks like you'll be seeking out a 10-11 MDX with 50-60k miles for that price point. i just poked around a little. my dealer has a couple of 10's with tech with around 40-45k miles...just around $30k.

not sure if you have decided on tech or base...or even CPO for that matter. GL with your hunt.

Thanks. My TL-S was CPO--that may be a consideration. If I could get one still under warranty that would work too.
