I really like these two features--keyless entry and start button,but HONDA doesn't provide them except new TL, that made me headache.
Now I plan to change to a MDX from a 06TL, but I read that ACURA will have midterm facelift which will add the two features above.
My question is that if I bought a 08/09 MDX now, and when the 2010 MDX comes out next year, wheather it could install a set of keyless entry and ignition button of 2010 MDX to a 08/09 MDX?
I know it is a strange question, but anyone could answer this?

Im almost sure a dealer would do this for you but i dont think it would be cost efficient. Have you asked a dealership yet? It may make more sense to just wait until the update.

there is a rumor that it might be added. It is not certain and written in stone. My suggestion is to get the MDX if you need it/want it now, and trade up to a better car when it is released. If you want the system now, look at the Infiniti FX 35 or 50. If you need the 3rd row seating, then audi Q7.

 

I'd check with your local dealer regarding the 2010 MDX features available in China. I'd be surprised if the features and roll-out of the 2010 MDX exactly matched those in the U.S. You may be getting the 2010 features earlier (or later), so it's best to know for sure before making your decision.
