Hello, i was wondering if anyone has any idea what this noise could be? i've been having a list of electrical problems, when i turned the key to the ON position. This noise can be heard, not sure exactly where it's coming from but it sounds like its in the area of the throttle body maybe under it?
to me it sounds like a short in the wire harness that runs along this area? or maybe the starter is going bad ? although the car does start at the moment. I cant be sure I'm not that great of a mechanic. Hopefully someone out there is more experienced than i am.

Battery is about 8 months old. (good voltage)
checked fuses no issues other than #15 (AC inverter, Module is faulty)
No engine codes other than TPMS sensor Rear passenger side.
