DVD Player - 05 MDX
Hi - I'm new to the site and could use your help and advice.
The kids watch the dvd all the time, and it has stopped working. The dvd is pulled into the player, it reads that it is loading and then after 30-45 seconds it ejects the dvd and reads "error". The dealer said they have to replace the dvd unit for around $2,000. That's not going to happen.
Anyone have any thoughts? Maybe I should get one from a junk yard?
This is the first problem I've had with the MDX and have over 145,000 miles.
