Use 5w20. OEM choices are synthetic blend or full synthetic, although the former is a good choice in all but the most extreme environments, you will gain protection with the latter.

It's very easy to do without any ramps. Parts of the sub-frame gets oil on it when you remove the filter, so wipe off the oil in the nooks and crannies, but be careful as the crossmembers are sharp in places.

More important than what oil you use, is what filter you use... Stay away from garbage filters like Fram, STP, etc... Those have paper end-caps.

I use Mobil-1 (M1-110), but if that's too spendy, Puralotor filters are ok too... From what I remember from the TL boards, Honda cheaped out on the OEM filters a few years back, and started using crappy filters.

Mobil 1 filters rule
Full Syn Mobil One 5w/20
Make sure to cover the electrical shock parts if you have the advanced model (Sports for me) as the oil drips DIRECTLY over it...I cover it with foil....and yes place it over the frame as it will drip big time there too! Poor design but a piece of pie to do...just turn your wheel all the way to the right....your set....
