DC and MD owners: Do the 2014 nav maps have the ICC

My 2013 map still does not list the Intercounty Connector (ICC). Anyone know if the 2014 update have it?

I just got the 2014 update for my 2006. Not sure what an "intercounty connector" is though. Can you elaborate? Thanks!

The Intercounty Connector is a new toll road in MD, hence my title asking MD and DC owners.
