Hi, I'm a newbe to Acura and this forum. Got my 06 MDX a few months ago, certified and everthing worked perfectly. Last week I started to get a message from the bluetooth when I try to make a call, it tells me my Blackberry is busy and doesn't repeat the number or call out? Also, when a call comes in, I can't hear the person calling thru the speakers.
I cleared the system, paired the phone again, and tried it again. Same results. The phone seems to be pairing normally with the blue led indicating it's paired.
Is there something I can do to correct this or is it time for my dealer to take a look. Any help is appreciated.

What is your BB model #? I have my 08 paired with my 2 BBs and 1 iPhone without any problems. Same with my old 05 MDX. I am thinking the issue is something very simple. Let's try the following:
1. Do you see the signal bars and status on the MDX LCD display?
2. Is your phone set to auto accept connections from HFL or does it prompt every time?
3. On the phone - do you see HFL as successfully paired?
4. In HFL - what happens when you say "phone setup" -> "status"?
5. When you click on the phone button (steering wheel), do you see HandsFreeLink displayed in the MDX's LCD display?
Cheers and congrats on the 06
