Blind Spot Indicator

I have a 2013 MDX with tech and would love to add the Blind Spot Indicator from the Advance Package. Is this doable (at a reasonable price) by Acura dealers? If not are there any decent aftermarket options??

Acura is gonna be expensive for sure. If you look up the parts needed for the kit, then installation that will give you an idea. I would imagine that the parts would be several hundred by itself. I have not looked personally though. best bet if you really want it done call acura and get some quotes.

It is the same price for the parts as it would have been if you had bought the Advance to start with plus they would have thrown in ACC, CMBS, 19inch wheels etc.

Too rich for my pocket. If my memory is right the price difference between the tech and the advance tech was a bit shy of $5000.
I found online radar based blind spot indicator from Goshers that cost $200 (2 sensors) and $300 (4 sensors and better controller). They look very good. However I am a bit concerned with the installation.
Do you know if the advance tech has the radar sensors in the back and front bumpers?

Sounds like a good option but I think that the sensors are only in the rear 3/4 area.
I

I had the same question yesterday. My dealer qouted a price of $1400 and said an Acura referred shop will do the work and it will be warranteed for the 4yr-50K mile period.

I am assuming you are referring $1400 with the original Acura parts.
Let me know if you are doing it.
