I'm getting some when my current set wears out, i like having that security, price is about he same as non run flats, tpms is already there, would like to get tires with the best ride, any recommendations?

 

run flats are notorious for having a stiffer ride, just check out e90post.com they can't stand the ones that come with the car

I don't know much about them for suv's but if you have a spare i dont see a need for them.

 

All my other cars have them and they are not all that bad, you have to find the right make/model. I don't want to be changing a tire on the side of a busy highway nor waiting hours for roadside assistance.

i do, i got them on my bimmer, lexus and this old mdx, not that bumpy but hey could save ur life if u think about it

 

Would you let us know which brand you out on your MDX. I am also interested in flat run tires.
