Anyone install xenon on an 04?

I have an 04 and want to put D2S projectors in. Has anyone ever taken their headlights apart to do this?

All you need is a set of H11 HID kit, take out the original bulbs, install the plug and play HID kit, take around 20 mins,

yes, I ordered that kit, but my problemis that I ordered different projectors and all of that crap to convert it to 07+ MDX style. The joint wont take returns either so I might be out $300 unless I want to rip the headlight assembly apart.

I've tried the 35 watt HID kit and I also have the relay kit but for some reason only one side comes on every once in a while and I have to flicker the lights on and off for the other one to turn on....does anyone know why this happens?

The wire harness doesn't have enough power to start up both headlights. You need a wire kit called a "relay kit". It connects to the battery so it can give your headlights the power they need to start!

Oddly enough I bought the relay kit and the lights are wired to the battery for power, go figure. I even bought a new HID kit. The guys that sold me the kits said that some cars think the power draw needs to be 55 watts and not 35 so the MDX electrical thinks the bulb is bad and shuts down....hence the rely kit bosch wiring relay kit, but still only one light comes on every once in a while.

I was told I might need a 55 watt HID kit.

Any suggestion?
