Any 2011 Owners w/ bad Trans/Torque Converter?

My wife and I bought a CPO '11 Tech about two years ago.
Issue 1: After a few trips I realized the tach was floating/bobbing around when driving on inclines. Very disconcerting. Fixed with a software update.

Issue 2: Also when cruising at 40ish and I give it a little maintenance throttle or light acceleration the tach will go up but then immediately fall ~200RPM before rising again, very annoying. I've never driven a car where RPMs drop right after/as you're applying throttle. Dealer "doesn't see" this even after repeated visits and drives including one where I yelled out, "Look, see, it just did it."

Issue 3: Some downshifts are accompanied by a 100-200RPM slip immediately after the shift. Happens most on inclines. Unfortunately we don't have a lot of inclines at the NJ shore where I live and my dealer is, so naturally the dealer "doesn't see" this either.

Issue 4: This just started happening. A 100-200RPM overrun/slip on upshifts particularly when the trans is cold.
Sadly, I try to avoid driving this car that I paid good money for as much as possible because the annoying trans. behavior that I know isn't right (my wife doesn't notice as much) and my dealer won't acknowledge. Now that "issue 4" has started I'm really hoping the thing grendades itself soon so it can be fixed once and for all. BTW car has 42k miles on it.

I purchased my 11 MDX in Jan/14. I had it serviced several times since then; but, on the last unscheduled service (replaced front endlinks because of torn boot), the service manager told by about a TSB for 6AT reflash. I don't know if it was an old or new TSB for the 6AT? I didn't notice any problems before the reflash driving in NM/CO/AZ at city/hwy speeds and mountains. I've noticed the 6AT seems a little smoother and my hwy and combined mpgs have increased to advertised levels (about a 1-2 mpg combined increased).

I usually have to ask for work to be done with my service manager and I was really surprised when they volunteered this information. Maybe an early trans service and reflash might help (couldn't hurt).

As of about 6 months ago the software was up to date. If they can't detect/acknowledge these problems at their early stages, I feel like I need my car to fail before I get the attention it needs.

I forgot to add my 06 5AT TSX had similar issues a few years ago. I had the 5AT serviced at 60,000 miles at the problem started about 75,000 miles down the road. I just assumed it was the 5AT dying. I went ahead and had the 5AT serviced again at the dealership (just in-case) and the problem hasn't returned after +40,000 miles (+115,000 now on TSX).

I think the TSX 5AT is a different animal and won't relate much to the issues the 6AT has had. Also, the software that's current as of 6mo ago is the same update they applied over a year ago to fix the torque converter causing the RPMs to wander.

Sounds like the torque converter is locking up and disengaging sporadically. Any weird vibrations?

No, no vibations really. The overrun I experience now goes like this: accelerate to let's say 3600rpm, trans starts to upshift, as it does rpm momentarily goes to ~3750 before dropping into the next gear.
The one that annoys me the most is being off throttle at 40ish, reapply light-moderate throttle, rpms go up 400 rpm then immediately drop 200 rpm. Just like someone let the air out of the balloon just when you want it to go.
