2011 MDX is dead

So we've already had the recall (performed in ~Feb/March), yet our MDX completely died last night. We have 18,400 miles.

We had it jumped by Acura Roadside Assistance, yet the navi screen restarted twice on a drive and I received a brake system failure notification.

Anyone else run into this?

There was a recall for the car not shutting everything off and/or battery/charge sensor lighting up.

A second recall was done for the transmission ECU.

I thought we would stop hearing the radio/CD/entertainment cluster whine, but I was wrong.

Now we have a 4000lb paper weight.

Your post is really confusing and I don't really understand what you are talking about. You are still under warranty, so whatever it is should be fixed at no cost to you, and you should have a loaner in the meantime.
Call AcuraCare for roadside assistance, get a loaner/rental

1. Repair cost isn't the issue. The fact that a $50k 2011 MDX with 18k miles has crapped the bed is the issue.

2. This is now the second or third time I've had battery-related issues with THIS vehicle. I've also had batteries replaced under warranty on about 80% of the Honda/Acura products I've owned.

3. This issue has been discussed by others (weak battery).

4. AcuraCare doesn't help on a Saturday night when (a) dealer is closed, and (b) gate is locked.

5. If you read my original post, it noted that I received a jump - from "AcuraCare" - and car promptly re-died.

6. Can't get loaner on a Sunday. Unless you have a magic way to get my dealer to deliver a car to me.

1. It doesn't matter if the car is 10K, 50K or 300K, they all break down at some point in time...some do worse.

2. Get an aftermarket battery I remember reading not too long ago about someone who replaced the battery twice under warranty and then bought another one (aftermarket) that he/she got partially reimbursed for from Acura. The battery is a consumable, and may not be the right "size" for all the electronics in the Acura. I had the one in my RDX replaced under warranty.

3. Get an aftermarket battery

4. 5. 6. AcuraCare should have the car towed to the dealer. I would read what AcuraCare should do for you in cases like this, I stand to be corrected, but there may be some rental reimbursement somewhere. You don't need to use an Acura dealer to fix your car on a Sunday, go to pep boys if it's that urgent.
