Smile 2009 MDX Controls at night

I recently purchased a 2009 MDX and while driving the first night I noticed that the steering wheel, A/C, front seat heaters, and gear shifter lights do not illuminate. Are they supposed to?

Thanks!

Most likely the bulbs went out behind those buttons. some might be LED's.
furthermore, simply check all fuses in cabin and outside cabin.

I think it would be usual for all of those lights to be out (but it's possible). Double check and make sure the dash illumination adjustment is set high enough.

The adjustment is set to the highest level possible. I will check fuses when I get home.

I have a 2006 TL.
and mine light up.

i'm basing off the fact that the newer cars should have the same light up buttons.

for my car, some are LED's and some are bulbs. the bulbs are easy to change. the LED's might require a little more work

Great thank you. At lest now I know that they are supposed to so now I won't look crazy going in and asking for the repair of them.

Anyone able to assist me with fuses I should be looking at exactly. There are a couple that might work those items. I can't seem to find the exact one.

So I took my MDX into the shop and they have replaced all the bulbs except the steering wheels one and checked all the fuses and they are still not working. Any other suggestions? They told me that the steering wheel controls are not supposed to light up. UGH!!!
