Very common. Mine does it occasionally.
In my RDX, I think it's the fuel filter.
Go have a scan tool hooked to it and pull the codes, weather they're stored or throwing a light thry should show on a scanner. Auto parts stores usually do this for free.

it could be a multitude of things; from a bad battery to the o2 sensor, like you said...
you need to troubleshoot, otherwise no one will know what is wrong with your car...
to troubleshoot; pull the battery's negative cable for a minute to reset the code...if code comes back you know you have a real problem with emissions.
it could even be a clogged EGR valve.
go investigate.
