Finally ready to pull the trigger and buy a new MDX. There are some good deals on the 2008's right now. Is there any significant reason I would not want to purchase a 2008 versus a 2009? Any major changes in features, quality, etc? Thanks so much for any insight anyone can offer!

Things look pretty much the same. Maybe someone can chime in..

 

seems the same except the new blue exterior color

 

No real changes in the 08 and the 09's except like stated a new color. Maybe if I'm not mistaken the 09's have an ipod adaptor that charges instead of the headphone jack? Not sure.

The power tailgate is now included with the Tech package in 09. Near as I can tell, that makes up the majority of the price increase, too.

 

Made the purchase and I'm loving it. 2008 MDX in sterling silver/ebony with the tech package and power liftgate! Man, what a great car!
