2007 MDX - Should I pull the trigger?

Hello people,
I'm considering getting a certified pre-owned '07 MDX with Tech and RES package for $30500. It has 37k miles on it. I was able to negotiate it down from 34,500.

What do you guys think?

Thanks for your help in advance.

Also Welcome!

That is what dealers ask for those cars. If it is in perfect like new shape you have nothing to argue down about making it tough to get near the ideal 28K price. But worn tires brakes etc should be played out for a cheaper deal if possible. Or a lower rate on the LOAN. Dealers often set the rate for additional income. Check it out...

I just got a CPO 2007 MDX with Sport\Ent for 33495 w\o TTL. Has 21k on the odo.

Not sure what the inventory was in your locale, but Sport\Ent was hard to find.
