My battery was disconnected when a seat was repaired. When I started the car the navi worked , but not the destination icon, it doesn't move anymore when driving. I disconnected the battery again to reset the system, but the destination icon still doesn't move when driving. Any suggestions?

 

Did you enter the navigation code into the unit when you first start it after battery disconnect?
Also try ejecting the DVD disc in the nav unit under the driver's seat, make sure it is clean, and reinsert it.

 

Yes to the first answer. What can I use to clean it?

 

I usually use a simple bar of soap, wet it really good and rub in circular motions, and then wash it off. Making sure there are no grains of sand or dust on the soap or disc. Has made TONS of cd's work after they stopped.
