I have a 2005 MDX and the dash lamps for the climate contol switches need to be replaced. How difficult is this and where can I find intructions or a diagram?

 

Has anyone replaced the control unit button lamps on a 2005 MDX?

At MDX.org, there's a DIY thread that shows how it's done. Not that difficult, at all!

I did the bulbs for the climate control buttons, interior light switch, and hazard/srs button. Granted, I got an '03, but the only difference to the '05's interior, is the location of the hazard button and no interior light switch, IIRC. Everything else is basically identical.

Does anyone have any information or instructions for this thread?

I need to replace the bulbs in the climate control buttons above the GPS (i.e., auto/off buttons, etc).

Have you guys done this yet? I actually modded my controls to an 8 LED. I would post a pic but its not letting me. I have pics up at mdxers.org under first gen LED mods
