2004 Acura MDX Trip Computer Issues

Hi all,

I'm running into an issue. I have a 2004 Acura MDX with a nav system. On Thursday, I was driving, and my Trip computer suddenly stopped working. Here's a list of what's wrong with it:
  • The MPG bar at the top is no longer showing up
  • The range field is only showing "---"
  • Trip doesn't change
  • Average MPG is stuck at 99.9 MPG (I'd love it if that was true)
  • And the ETA no longer changes

I had just filled the tank about an hour before it started messing up. Since this has happened, I've tried the "reset" button on the screen, disconnected the battery, and even filled the tank again. All bring no solutions.

Any help yall could bring would be much appreciated!
Thanks in advance

MPG not working, navigation problem, trip computer failed

Similar problems on 2004 MDX, MPG is stuck to 0-5 mpg. Dealer says they can't fix it, must send units for inspection/repair, around $500-$600!

I fixed mine

Hey all, I was having the problem with my 01 mdx where the information on the trip display stopped showing up. I changed my rear wiper fuse and that fixed it.

How this helps
