I have a 2003 MDX and I want to change the Transmission and fuel filter but I have read that you can and you can not. So if you can help me out I would appreciate it. Thank you.

2003 mdx fuel filter is in the gas tank. unfortunatley the fuel filter is part of the fuel pump and cannot be replaced without replacing the whole pump.

Same goes for the transmission filter, it's near the valve body adjacent the converter.. you'd need to drop the trans to replace it. You can instead, install an inline magnefine ATF filter which you can replace periodically.
