2002 MDX P0730 error code

I just bought a used 2002 Acura MDX. I've had it for a week and the check engine has came on. The error code is P0730(incorrect gear ratio). I have not noticed any transmission problems while driving this car. I would appreciate any feedback on this problem.

Have you spoken to the dealer you got it from? Was there any type of warranty on the vehicle?
