I have been eyeing this MDX 2012 Acura MDX 3.7L Technology, $27,977 - Cars.com

They have it listed for $27.9k
KBB says its worh $29.9K
Edmunds says in average condition its $25k and good condition its $28.6k

How reliable are those prices?
Would an opening bid of $25k offend them?

I plan to drive out to see it tomorrow
What do you think?

Thanks, i went to take a look at it yesterday .. it had a funky smell and a lot of pet hair .. i'm mildly allergic to pets hair/dander so i may skip ... waiting to see if they contact me about it and make a good offer
