Hey, I'm here from the RDX side. I am giving considerable thought to buying a '10 as soon as it comes out. Any of you have any inside info as to what new features it will have. I am hoping for keyless remote access, XM Weather, push button start, and HDD like on the '09 TL. Thanks ahead of time for any info you can provide.

Cliff notes: no sig. changes from 09 to 10 ...

 

I have heard the following for 2010 MDX
Grill to be updated to new power plenum. Sportier exhaust tips and black interior dash inlays to be changed to imitate real wood.

 

The biggest change is that the '10 MDX will get the new 6 speed automatic. That's been pretty much confirmed at TOV.

 

Thanks for the link to TOV. I guess I'll have to wait for 15 August to roll around to find out for sure, unless I can get some pre-release info from my Acura dealer. The 6 speed AT should be sweet, but I am hoping for more high tech goodies too.

 

I believe the packages will be shuffled around some. I can confirm 6AT, Back-up camera for base models, ventilated seats available, updated Navi (haven't seen it, but I'd guess it will at least be the TSX-spec), power plenum, tweaked tail lights.

There may be more, but that's I all know for sure.

 

I was at the dealer on Friday. I wasnt able to get any concrete info, just that there were "updates". We'll just have to wait.

 

I'm interested in what the 10's will look like also.

I haven't been a real big fan of the shield grills.

I emailed my dealer today and told them to contact me as soon as they get a Sport model in. I'm hoping for the gray with taupe. They emailed me back and said the 15th of August is pretty firm. I am really getting new car fever bad now.

 

LOL ... been there .. done that .... know exactly how you feel .... got my MDX after initial Qs here on MDX forum last fall & then "talked" to dealers online since 4/10/09 & got it on 4/22/09 ... those last week & half was like a torture ...
