Would I be able to purchase two tires from tirerack and have them installed at Costco or pepboys? And should TPMS be a concern? Thanks =)

Most shops will mount and balance tires for a small premium. TPMS shouldn't be a concern.
Don't skimp on tires.. buy good ones. You might find the best deal from online e-tailers like treadepot. Also, many stores might offer you a better price on tires in store than online. If they think you know the online price, fogettaboutit.
More importantly.. if your brake fluid is low. That usually means your brake pads are low. I recommend cmax pads from Autozone. They have suited my TL and X very well. Low dusting.. good braking and long life. Plus they are LLT, so when you need to swap them out again.. take them back to Autozone and grab new ones for free (might need to pay tax).

Acura service also checked off, PSF (power steering fluid level) and wipers (inserts). I'm starting to think they are just nick picking and hitting me up for $$. But the two front tires, I will def get that taken care of. Because the car does have 46k as of today.

Majofo just changed his tires a few months ago.. around 130K miles on the originals.
They were almost slicks.. No wire yet.. probably could have gotten 20k more miles out of them.

Newplay,
Hey if you have a Discount Tire Co near you they will beat anyone tire prices. Discount Tire also has rebuild kits for your TMPS sensors that I would rebuild every time you change your tires. That way the corrosion doesn't build up too bad to where if you need to take out the core to fix a tire you can. Also this will ensure that you don't have any leaks around the grommet on the sensor.
Again, that is what I think.

They are also known as America's Tire Company...
The one near me will match TireRack's price + $20, since TireRack's price doesn't include shipping.
I love costco, but not for tires... When I had tires installed there, they forgot to tighten my lugs. I pulled the torque wrench out of my trunk to check the torque in the parking lot, and found the locking lugs were not even finger tight. They were still loose on the studs.
