08 mdx headlights

anyone know where i can find diagrams or tuts on how to remove the headlights? i want to paint the insides black

Pretty sure you gotta remove the bumper - I had to remove bumper when I installed the front garnish and I remember being able to see how the headlights are removed. Pretty easy once the bumper is off...
