07+ MDX 3rd row seating

Do all MDXs come with the 3rd row seating? How practical is this - looks like the truck space goes away significantly. I thought id be nice feature for going out with more ppl and a nice dynamic..

they all come with a 3rd row but it can be folded down for more trunk space.

The third rows is ideal for kids. For medium sized adults, you may be able to get away on short trips.
