Not worth the hassle. You'd be lucky to get 20k miles a set on an MDX if you could get them to work. I barely got 30k on my TL and pads run $200 a set. The braking was not that much better than the oem brakes tha came on the TL auto + they are an absolute mess with all that dust.

instead of dealing with the brembo's, look into getting a 2004-2008 TL Rotora Big Brake Kit
