03 Rebuilt transmission noise

Just had my 2003 MDX's transmission rebuilt at my local AAMCO. Torque converter had gone out and thrown bits throughout the transmission.

I think they may have screwed something up. When in Park or Neutral there's a pretty nice whirring noise that can be heard. As soon as it's put into gear, the noise goes away. However, when driving, you can hear the transmission whining upon acceleration.

Here's a video of my shifting between D5 and neutral. Has anyone heard anything like this before? My guess is that they're going to be pulling the tranny out again...
