My 01 MDX recently started hesitating upon takeoff and while cruising. I have to punch the gas to get it going and when cruising I have to constantly give it more gas to maintain speed. Today I punched it and got a code and my VTM light lit up. P0132 O2 sensor reading high. VTM light went out when I restarted car. When I put it in park it idles badly sometimes but not always. It’s not a mild hesitation it’s significant. Weird thing is it does not do this every time I drive the car, it did this 2 days ago, drove fine yesterday and today it’s back. I’m stumped! It shifts fine once it reaches shift points. I can’t imagine the O2 sensor causing this but maybe? I’d appreciate any help! I’m retired and don’t have the money to drop it off at the dealer. I’m a fair mechanic and can try to repair myself but I don’t know where to start! Thanks in advance, Billy from Phoenix
