How to undo this connector?

Please don't laugh, I'm begging. I'm having trouble undoing these connectors found everywhere on my TL, someone kindly show me how to disconnect this connectors step by step. My first Japanese car, not used with this, very frustrating.

Thank you so much for help in advance.

thats correct, but push down close to the edge(left side). then you may need a flathead screwdriver to push it out of the socket, from the gap (right side)

I prefer to work on my old trusted MB...there just isn't enough room in this Japanese car for old hands.

Can anyone recommend a reputable, honest Acura independent in Sacramento, CA?

I know this TL is tons easier to work on than my Camaro.. but the electronics in this car is far more sensitive. Like dont touch anything while the battery is connected.. Otherwise, you might pop a bulb or set off the ABS or blow a fuse.. amazing! Its SENSITIVE. Like a yellow rubber duckie. haha
