Clear Lense 3G TL Headlights on EBAY

has anyone tried this yet?

From what I can see in the photo's, the clear lense looks AMAZING!!! I think if you put this on the TL-S headlights, it's be PERFECT..

It will look like the 335i's headlights.

I wish someone just made the clear diffuser.

IT IS expensive, but it's so freakin clean.. i just want to take that part out and stick it in the TL-s headlights.... My perfect set of lights.

It keeps the OEM-ness..

You can't get anyone to make diffuser like that.

There was a thread about these lights maybe 2 weeks ago. A member here tried to contact the seller of these lights to see if he would sell just the clear diffuser. Long story short, the seller said no because he felt that everyone would buy just the diffuser and not the whole headlight so he wouldnt make any money. The seller also said he had the diffusers custom made but refused to release the info on the manufacturer of the diffuser

We contacted the seller too for insight on the clear diffuser but it led to nothing

maybe I'd buy them if I was in an accident and I had to replace the lights. but to just replace them because of the clear sides, nah.

I've seriously been thinking about buying these. I love the look but I can't justify spending 550 on something just for the clear lenses.

it's really tempting..

Does anyone know of DEPO would sell just the diffuser?

These guys are asking for too much...

I wonder if anyone has ever ordered a pair of these from them.. Would love to see it on the car.

Depo Headlights... Knowing how the fitment is off for their taillights. I think I would buy OEM...

Price is legit, considering OEM headlights go for 450 each. This is 550 a set

I'm with Fulani on this...I'd quote him, but can't for some reason. The price of the headlights really aren't bad. I see used stock headlights for $250 a piece. Buy these, then turn around and sell yours. If $550 is WAY too much for brand new headlights, please post a link as to where you're getting them for less

Post pics of your beam / cut off. I'd like to see the projector's output. So you loose your bi-xenon, lame.

I've been in contact with the seller over the last month. First to try and get just the difers, but to not avail.

I told him that most people would probably prefer the 07-08 light as they are already trying to upgrade the lights and get the difuser that's all clear, if he would do that all in 1, he'd make alot more $$. He was investigating this possibility.

I also told him that there is a very large group of people here that will customize these lights regardless and really want just the difusers, so I think I convinced him to go back to his manufacturer and look at getting just the difusers. I'll keep you guys posted on this. I think he's seen that over the last month, he probably hasn't sold a ton of these lights, so it's time for him to start producing the items that will make him the $$.

Keep us updated man. I'd be really interested in just that little peice myself. Considering it's OEM fitment, or close to.

Can’t wait to see these on. Hopefully the vendor decides just to do the diffusers. The vendor Heeltoe is also considering doing the diffusers.
heres the thread

That's a great idea! Everyone e-mail the seller about just the difusers. If he's just hearing one kook tell him how everyone wants them, he might not take it very seriously, but if we all tell him, then he might see that he has a good opportunity on his hands here.

Eh... I might as well come out and say it.
I'm in the process of getting these made.

I've contacted a company and everything.. haven't talked to them for a while as I've been busy with two jobs.
I'm going to go see them soon with the amber-diffusers I got from Swoosh.

I contacted Astro a while back to see if I can get a group buy or something and was shut down. In the end, it was concluded that it was better off to sell them as a private listing in the BM.

But... Now I'm questioning if I should go through since it seems that there is heel-toe, nokiaboy and the eBay vendor at hand.

Actually was trying to get this done for a while...
One company shut me down a month and a half ago, or so.

A little more recently I was able to find a company that was willing to work with me, sort of.
I asked for 500 left/500 right to be made... they wanted batches in the thousands instead...
