Best 2nd color tone with CBP?
What 2nd color do you guys think would look best with my carbon bronze pearl TL I say that as in color for the grill/emblem/rims with 20% tint on rear and front windows? Was thinking chrome or gun metal, any other ideas?

I see where that PM came into play now. I will whore the pics here for you.
I went with more black then chrome. But left enough chrome to not look ugly.
Your results may vary.

Just perfect ^^^
Black is good on that color but might be too much
Chrome is good also but might be too much
He used both and lightly (grill, rims, tint, headlights)
Awesome

It's centered vertically but the angle of the photo doesn't do any justice. (I have a more accurate shot but I'm not yet ready to let the cat out the bag. Still working on my project) Horizontally its off because of the grille mesh. The pattern doesn't allow me to get it centered unless I find a different way to keep the emblem up. Its held up by two bolts & screws. Any suggestions?
3M double sided adhesive. The same thing our (well the TL-S) guys do for their rear spoiler, as we do for the rear window visor. I have the EP3 SI badge on my EM1 (mesh) grill for the last 7 years with no problems. Highly recommend.

For sure mrking, that emblem will look 100x better once it is centered. I don't really understand why it's a problem to shift it down a bit if you are using screws? They're just passing through the mesh correct?
I wouldn't advise 3M tape. 3M tape works best with full contact so using it on a spoiler is fine. (Except in my case with a Type-S spoiler that keep popping off on the edges. I redid it at least 7x over 3 yrs. I gave up and drilled/bolted it in. MUCH better) But in this case there is no full contact with the tape and mesh. 50% of tape would be exposed to the elements on the back and inevitably it will work itself off. I wouldn't see it lasting longer than 1yr.
Here is an alternative method I used to mount the A-Spec emblem on my grille: (very valuable, I wouldn't want some dork to try and rip it off too easily) I basically took the double sided tape off the emblem. Then I cut a piece of plexiglass the same shape of the emblem. (actually any flat decent thickness piece of plastic will do.) This piece acts as a sort of back piece of a "sandwich" behind the mesh. Then I used heavy duty epoxy between the emblem and plexiglass with the mesh in the middle. Clamp and let dry. That emblem is not going anywhere.

After painting my Brembos (and cheesy fake rear covers) red, I honestly can't see the car with anything else. Skip any weird, flashy colors on the obscure parts of the car - For trims like you asked, blacked out, color-matched or CF is the way to go if not OEM. Well painted brakes look classy though. I also picked red for the brakes since there's nothing that (legally) matches your tail lights haha. Think it loks great with the CBP.
I've also debated the CF route like MrKingston and some others on AZ but I've hung onto the stock TL-S chrome for the grille...for now.
Disclaimer: this pic (also my avatar) is old and already outdated. But look at that red pop!
