10. Modifications: See thread below. way too many to list here
11. Service record: I have all serious engine work receipted and documented
I've decided to list my car for sale. I've been mulling this over for a couple months ever since I finished my engine build at King Motorsports. I really want to pick up another investment property in 2014 and selling the TL is the easiest way to pick up a few extra bucks towards that. That said, the pool of buyers for a TL-S this heavily modded is small, so I'm not holding my breath.
I drive it every day to work and it has been reliable since day one.
I'm listing the car for a bit here on Acurazine exclusively because I'd prefer to see someone in our community get the car.
The car is clean, I own it and have title in hand, and I am the 4th owner. I bought it on Dec. 17th, 2011 with 49k miles. I have all service documentation from prior owner who had it for 3 years before me. I have all documentation for all services I had done including the $13k engine build at King Motorsports, newer axles installed at Acura Brookfield, as well as the Stoptech brakes and stainless steel brake lines.
Interior color is taupe.
New clutch master cylinder installed 12/21/2013
Exterior condition is pretty good - just the usual minor paint dings for a 7 year old car. It's low and I drive it daily in Wisconsin, so the front bumper takes its fair share of pain
The 105k maintenance was done at 85k miles when I had King do the engine build this past summer.
I was converting it to a track car, so the rear seats/seatbelts and trunk materials are removed - I still have all original rear-interior parts in perfect condition. Nothing was cut/maimed/destroyed/etc., the parts just need to be re-installed which is a few hours of work.
The front seating area and console, etc. is all untouched. I can produce plenty photos of the interior for people interested - it's just really F'ing cold here right now so I am not going outside without good reason.
Because this car has no catalytic converters, for serious buyers I am willing to negotiate the price of some RV6 High-flow pre-cats IF you live in a state where they have sniffer tests or visual inspections for Emissions. In Wisconsin we have neither, so I never worried about it. But transfer of title would require emissions testing so let me know and we can work it out.
The car has the Type-S a-spec lip kit, and comes with a set of Forgestar F14 18x8.5 wheels on Hankook V12 tires which has about 6k miles on them. The car also comes with a set of MB Weapon 17x8 wheels mounted on Hankook Icebear snow tires.
Full mod list:
Hondata Flashpro (tuned by King Motorsports)
ported heads, milled for 12:1 compression
"stage 3" cam regrind from Webcams
PnP intake runners
3.7 ZDX manifold swap
AEM V2 intake
RV6 v3 PCD's
RV6 j-pipe
ATLP v2 quad exhaust (resonated)
Unorthodox underdrive pulley
XLR8 engine mounts & ETD
TEIN SS coilovers
Progress rear swaybar
RV6 strut brace
Stoptech slotted rotors / pads
XLR8 stainless steel brake lines w/MOTUL RBF600 fluid
XLR8 stainless steel clutch line
clutch slave cylinder check-valve delete
Comptech short throw shifter w/Skunk2 shift knob
20% tint all around
Debadged
I also have several bottles of GM Syncromesh gear oil, and some random small maintenance parts that I never got around to installing such as transmission mount bushings.
all total I have invested 20k+ in mods/labor, probably closer to $25k if you include wheels and tires. Serious buyers only, and don't try and dick me around on the price. This is a unique TL, and for the limited pool of people who want a modded TL, I've got a pretty fair price listed. I'm not being forced to sell it, and will happily continue driving it if I get contacted by low-ballers.

mods, please replace the following:
"The only thing this car needs is a new clutch master cylinder, which I have in the trunk, just haven't had time to install it yet. Clutch grabs hard, but after a few redline shifts, the pedal sticks for 1-2 seconds, which is typically a master cylinder issue. Obviously I will include the new master cylinder with purchase of the car."

bump for great justice!
I've had a few people inquire via PM about the pending sale - it is *still* pending. Buyer has some complications but sent me a significant amount of additional cash yesterday to solidify holding the car for another month or two while he sells his current autotragic transmission Type-S in order to finance mine
