I have a set of AXIS Pentas 20x9 with a 40mm offset the bolt pattern is 5x120. They have a 3" polished lip and a hyper black fisnish.
The wheels are in great condition and just got them on the summer.
Tires are Street Competition Federal 595 EVO's 245/40/20 Great tires amazing grip to the road.
Each wheel cost me $390 a pc and each tire ran about $190 a pc. Do your research online you are getting a great wheel and great tires for half the price.

I also have a "Brand new" wheel in box for sale for an extra $200 that i kept for a spare
If you have an ACURA RL 2005-2011 i have the wheel sensors for an extra $150

Fitment information for wheels with 5X120 bolt pattern.

These wheels only fit the following models, unless an adapter or spacer is used or the wheels are redrilled, because of the 5X120 bolt pattern and larger 14X1.5 studs and mounting holes: 2005+ Acura RL, Odyssey, Honda Ridgeline, and 4G TL, Acura ZDX, 2007+ Acura MDX, 2009+ Honda Pilot.

Standard 2G RL and 4G TL wheels are 5X120, 17x8 with a +55 offset and 64.1 hub. Thread size 14X1.50

Wheels for 3G TL are 5x114.3, 17x8 with a +45 offset, thread size 12X1.50

The wheels being sold are not 17" but the other dimensions should be similar, unless stated otherwise.

 

I think you might rub in the back since you have the aspec suspension with these size tires. you would have to go with a 245/35/20.

 

Also willing to take some trades! for some A-specs in good condition + cash on your end.
