What's a TCT?
Congrats though, looks like a sturdy piece. Sooooo much support for that car.

so how does it feel to own a s2000 and a TL-s. do you feel like you love one more than the other ? how do you distribute the lovee
reading through some of these pages, its hilarious how people tend to look at S2000 as slow.
the true beauty of the car comes from its handling prowess, 50/50 weight distribution, most acclaimed 6spd manual with its perfect short throw shifter, and AHHhh- rear wheel drive to put everything in motion. S2000 was not meant to push you back in your seat.
oh back to slow:
0-60 TL-S Manual: 5.7sec
0-60 S2000 (AP2) : 5.7sec

Great post, thanks man!
That's what I say...doesn't feel slow to me. I guess if I had a torquey other car to compare it to, I might, but honestly, I'm more than happy with the way the damned thing drives.
I'll be honest, I have sentimental value with the TL and I love the extra space in it and XM and bass...I used to enjoy the fact that the car LOOKED more modified than the S and would turn a lot of heads but lately with the Advan on the S, I get the same amount of looks.
Lately, I drive the TL about once a week...whenever it's not raining, I love the top down experience and how awesome the transmission feels on the S when it's warm.
Although I would not consider selling the TL. I have the best of both worlds there.

I'm only saying it cause I miss you and your TL adventures...I'm super happy you're great with your new car, trust me. I'm not hating on that!
I would LOVE those, man! BUT...it covers your soft top so I wouldn't be able to just pop the top up when it starts raining or I park somewhere I can't watch the car...just not an option...same way with the hard top!
Thanks, man...not my best set, but I do love the look still.

Duly noted, sir! LOL...I was contemplating selling for our house purchase...wife forbid it. She knows how much I it and how much she me.
Cleaned up this morning, headed to a kid party at the park...figured I'd show up in style

LOL, it's definitely not...if the TL didn't already have it, I can guarantee you I wouldn't have gone to the expense. It's actually the reason I painted the S2000 ones black, if not BBK, I'd rather NOT attract any attention to them. It would have to be some KILLER deal. I'm not a baller, I just play one on TV.
Aman, thanks, man...me too, I had polished them up a bit.

Decided to run a chaser on all my studs on the S...to clean up the threading and ensure no binding with the aluminum lugs. Then, teflon spray on them and reinstalled. I liked the gold, but the orange looked more visually stimulating and matched the car better.
Also got underneath and sprayed all the bolts for an upcoming set of exedium differential collar install. Heard it really tightens up the rear end (like squats).
Also, took this plastic tool from my dent puller kit and took some of the fender crease waviness out...looks great

Now all lugs can be threaded all the way by hand...
