Sounds like your car battery was disconnected and you need to enter the radio code.
Try this

The radio and Nav are both working, right?
My phone asks for a bluetooth pairing code (often 0000) to pair to the car. Car displays a message that the code needs to be entered in the phone. Is this your message, or is it asking to enter a code in the car?

OK, here we go, But I thought you said you have Nav, and this supposedly doesn't apply:
The HFL (Hands Free Link) system is locked and the pass code has been lost or forgotten (without navigation)
1 - Connect the HDS to the DLC (Honda Diagnostic System)
2 - Turn ignition On
3 - From Body Electrical menu, select HandsFreeLink
4 - Select Misc Tests, then select Pass Code reset.
5 - Follow the HDS prompts to reset the pass code
But I thought you said you have Nav, and this supposedly doesn't apply
And the difference between passcode and pass code matters to Adobe Reader.
