Rear-ended - No Visible Damage
I was rear-ended while sitting at a stop light. I'm not sure how fast the other car was going. It was a pretty good jolt, but nothing too serious. As far as I can tell there is no visible damage to my or the other car (the other car was a similar sized car, so it was bumper to bumper), the car feels fine, and the trunk seems fine.
Should I have the car/bumper checked out or am I just worrying over nothing? Any ideas how much it would cost to have a check-up at a dealer? It's a 2007 Acura TL if that makes a difference.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If the bumper is not cracked, scratched, scuffed, chipped, etc, then you should be fine. Check the underside as well as the outside/top side. Also, check all the way across the bumper in case the stress cracked it away from the impact area.
Finally, check other area's in the rear end - lower lip/grill, exhaust tips, etc just to make sure there's no cosmetic damage.

Best place to look for damage is on the corners of the tail lights, if the paint is missing on the top part of your bumper, then my friend you may have a rear bumper misaligned and missing some paint in an area not visible unless the bumper is removed...

You should really check out the innards of the bumper, under the bumper skin. The skin may look fine, but the impact absorbers may be damaged/spent/etc. You want to make sure they are fine, so they can absorb the next (knock on wood) impact.
On my other car, I had the skin look fine, but underneath the impact absorbers were damaged.

OK, so if you look at all the spots that everyone said, YOU STRAIGHT.... Happened to me once I actually had a 94 ranger with a steel bumper, ran into a 99 camry because a car in front of the camry all of a sudden hit the brakes, and I couldnt stop (go figure). He had NO damage even though I was like down to 20mph. So if there is no physical damage, Highly unlikely there is any other damage

Happened to me a bunch of years ago. Everything looked fine so we went on our merry ways. When the weather got nice again I washed the car real good and realized the paint had a bunch of spider web cracks in it. Two years later the paint started pealing badly. Some of the clips that attach the bumper to the car had been partially broken too and after a few more years of driving and jiggling them around, the gap between the bumper and the body panels was all out of whack.
Just some things to be aware of.

Almost the same thing with me when I had the car for 1 week (BRAND SPANKIN NEW)
I get rear ended by a 90year old grandpa...
No visible damage like you... BUT months later while I was installing my A-spec kit I noticed my plastic clips(2) broke...
So the best bet is removing the bumper to check the inside part of the bumper.
Good luck... I say you were lucky tho!! (like me I guess)

Same thing happen to me a couple of month ago.
Make sure u check the absorber and see if it damaged. In my case, only one of the plasic end was slightly bent.
I bought my A-Spec kit a few weeks before the accident, so after putting it on 95% of the damage was covered. Also make sure to check the bumper mount, my mount was cracked cause my bumper actually buckled and was 1 inch below where is suppose to be.
Make sure u check the absorber and see if it damaged. In my case, only one of the plasic end was slightly bent.
