Could you please point me in the right direction for this? I'm reading conflicting sizes, I wanna do EVERYTHING possible. I can buy the kits for the dash etc... But i'd rather just get the right sizes off ebay, ALOT cheaper.

So the bulbs I got for the gauge cluster, are #74 bulbs jtech off of amazon, easy plug and play. Also for the shifter light it is a #74 bulb as well. I ran into some trouble with the other bulbs I got which were t3 and t4 neo wedge bulbs from superlumination.com. I had to unwrap each bulb from their wedge and then feed each bulb back into the wedge that fit behind the a/c, the controller knobs and the clock. I don't recommend it to anyone who doesn't have patience and steady hands. But they all work perfectly and I'm satisfied. Took me about 4-5hrs though but now she is blue!

Okay I'll take some pictures tonight. Where did you get the door projectors? Those are really cool!
Also I'm thinking of just ordering 50 piece set of 3mm for rest of my car and just in case they blow out. Because I mastered wrapping them haha. I'm just skeptical on what company to get them from.
I got 6 T4 bulbs, 1 for the clock and 5 for the climate controls. Which i have a feeling they are just 4mm bulbs. Then i got 8 T3 which are 3mm bulbs. But you'll need 4, 3mm bulbs 2 for the knobs and 2 for the a/c screen. But for your gauges you'll need about 9 #74 bulbs and 1 #74 for your shifter.
However if you want to do fog light button, cruise control, seat warmers, sunroof button, and etc you'll need a bunch of 3mm bulbs. Once again you're going to have to unwrap each bulb from the wedge and then wrap the LED bulb the best you can. I used a small flat head and some tweezers. Also I recommend trying to get round bulbs some LEDs come flat or square which make it harder to get the bulb to fit. I hope this helps!
