Retired CL-S!!!

After 11 years of ownerwhip, 2 trannies and 2 engines, finally my CL-S succumbed to a broken ball joint while I was driving it.

Result: Lost control, hit the curb. Front end damage was pretty extensive including the driver side fender, bumper and front assembly(possibly suspension damage as well).

Insurance wrote the car off and took 2 weeks to settle the claim for $3200.

Going the diesel route and looking for either a ML 350 Bluetec or an X5 35D since the diesel is still a bit cheaper here in Canada.

Sad to see her go but it was certainly fun while it lasted!!

Have you priced these things lately? They're not expensive cars at all. You could easily replace this car with that amount of money.
