Oil Leak after overheating... Help!!!

So I Have a 98 3.2 Premium TL with about 193k miles on her. I bought it for pretty cheap because it had a Tranny seal leaking. I had the tranny seals replaced along with the rear main engine seal last year. The problem is that a few weeks ago after driving my car, I let it cool off for about 20 minutes (obviously noy long enough) before opening my radiator cap to check the coolant level and coolant went everywhere (I'm an idiot). I added coolant to the radiator and the reservoir but I didn't bleed the engine (I don't know sh** about cars) before cranking it and it almost immediately started to run hot. I had a friend of mine who is a licensed mechanic come help me and he informed me of the bleeder valve and it's purpose and whatnot and it hasn't run hot since. (Im getting to the point. Sorry but idk if any of this is important.) This week I just started to notice that I am leaking oil in my yard/driveway. It's not one big puddle but more like 4 or 5 smaller puddles. I'm curious to know what would cause this type of dripping pattern and would the overheating have caused something to blow or leak? What do you guys think before I dish out the bucks to my buddy. He's really busy and sometimes hard to get to come give me a qoute, plus hes not an acura GURU like some of you guys. i want some sort of idea of what my problem may be asap. Thanks. Sorry for the long drawn out post.

Also , there is no oil in coolant or vice versa. Oil looks normal, it is just depleting.

Could be anything man. You would have to check underneath the car. Could be a leaking oil pan gasket. Valve cover gasket. Whatever else. You would have to check where it's coming from. Could even be your drain plug and the right gasket wasn't installed.

You're car overheating could blow the head gasket. Which isn't good and expensive to fix and could also warp your cylinders. Aka new engine.

Just opening the coolant cap and adding a little bit of coolant won't require to bleed the entire coolant system. You only usually need to do that when you either do a water pump or drain the entire rad.

Overheating is probably due to a faulty thermostat and maybe need a head gasket if you have let it overheat a lot.
