Looks like i will be storing the Tl for the forseeable future winters.My wife has a 2010 Sentra and she told me that when the Olds die i can have the Sentra and she will take a new car.

Thanks. Mind if I ask how wide you made the bands? Looks like a good fit. I wouldn't want to make it too wide / short. Yours look like a perfect fit!

I don't mind at all,the headrest are tapered so i made them concave,4" at the middle 5 1/2" at the two ends and 26" in length.Sew velcro on either end,wrap around the headrest and attach together,with the joint at the bottom.

With 3 1/2 months left to bring out the car i have just started thinking about mods for the New Year,i know that there will be at least two coming.

I have to admit that getting a new car has crossed my mind more than once, still love the Tl but that CTS V or C63 AMG is always on my mind.

Thanks Cap, the piece beneath the trunk is part of the midnight chrome package and is a dealer installed option.

I had my aero package installed at the dealer for warranty purposes and I purchased it there as well, some dealers will flex on the price, mine was done at Acura 2000
There are some online vendors here on Azine, check the Off topic section under vendor parts for sale
Make sure to shop around for the best deal possible, there is a mechanic that works at Mississauga Honda that has a thread on the regions forum who has installed several kits and his customers seems to be pleased.

If you can't find it I will look for it and post the link for you.

Hi there.I'm fairly new to the forum.Had the chance to go through your progression thread and I am learning alot.I. Have a TL almost exactly like yours .I did some switchback mods but didn't like the brightness of the led's.I waiting for a chance to get the bluish shade bulb(60smd like you had).

Btw,can't help getting excited when I saw your plates....Acura 2000.I'm in Brampton Northwest area.Would really love to see your TL.I always love cleanly modified cars with class.Hope to hear from you.

It is part of the midnight chrome package offered by the dealership,can't comment on the price since it was part of the deal when i purchased the vehicle.

I have seen them on Ebay,around $250/300.

I no longer have that grille on my car.

Just, messing with you dude.The way i see it we are all in the same boat,that is, we all drive Acura's and we have a passion for modding cars.Sure,we all have different tastes and may not always agree on the mods we do but if we did, everything would be vanilla,boring if you ask me.Btw your Megan exhaust must be a blast,i have heard them of two other cars and they sound good.

The goes to you,however it is not the C-mod grille,i purchased Nexon's 09/12 combo grille that he fabricated for his car.
Tbh,i took a look at it and packed it up since install will be done in the spring.Too cold atm and the car is put away so there is no point.There are many pics of it in his thread so almost everyone will know what it looks like.

I drove it up to LA from San Diego yesterday...it got a tad bit louder. It was very quite when I first had it installed. My next purchase will be a J pipe. Would love to get a high flow cat but dont think it would pass smog here in Cali.

Your car is looking great man, and I'm glad you have an old daily driver. Mine in 05 cavalier 4 door. Lol.

Usually an exhaust system tone down as it is broken in,perhaps you should check the welds to make sure one did not break under stress etc.

You will love the j pipe,it open's up the exhaust and change the tone a bit,the car def feels quicker with it as well.
