Looking for a MT TL
In a month or so I am hoping to buy a manual third gen TL. These vehicles aren't easy to find I've quickly learned!
I'm just curious: where do you folks recommend I look? I've been keeping an eye on Craigslist and am finding the pricing at dealerships to be a bit, well, HIGH.
I am just outside of Detroit but am willing to make a few roadtrips to find the car I've sort of been dreaming to drive.

Detroit huh? I've heard scary stores about people vandalizing nice import cars in Detroit simply because they're import.
They're really not hard to find, it's just where they are located. Life dictates that the car you want will be at least 1000 miles away or in New Jersey.
I drove 1800 miles round trip for my TL.
Do searches and apply the appropriate filters, ie manual, pricing, color. You may have to compromise on some areas if you want the manual bad enough, but it's worth it IMO.

Might be challenging in the Metro Detroit area. I got lucky with my RL, right before I spotted mine in Farmington, I was about to go to TN for a car. I would run a nationwide search.
