They should have the rear painted by tomorrow, so the rear will be done. I'm waiting a few months for the deck to dry out and staining it gray and then painting the wood columns white.

That porch The entire house is awesome but with that view and that porch I would never want to go inside other than to sleep.

Everything finally finished so now waiting on appraisal and closing.

I didn't want to clear everything behind the house just for a view of other mountains as I like exactly where we build this one.

The angle of the other side of the rear.

So we closed on Friday and locked in at 3.75%, so couldn't ask for much better than that on this thing.

There is plenty of wildlife up there, deer every day. Killed a copperhead last week on the road, hear the coyote's howling nightly... and this little guy eating my yard.

Haven't been on in a while but all moved in and are continually adding items in the house.

Added the 65" 9500 series LG above the fireplace. Not sure why the pic embedded sideways

Completed the screened porch area and added a Samsung on the wall with full articulating mount. Spend most days/nights out here watching tv and just relaxing.

The whole house is "square" or angles, nothing rounded, so added a more traditional white leather Natuzzi sofa.

Those shots are really awesome. You are in the middle of no where it seems.

With all that land how close is the nearest grocery store?

That'st the neat thing as I'm 6.1 miles from a downtown city. We're one mountain ridge below Skyline Drive and 10 minutes from everything, but when at home you can't hear anything other than birds, planes and wildlife.

Beautiful house! What made you choose a 2 car garage?

I would love this house/acreage. Do you hunt at all?
